Their professionalism has been unmatched; particularly Lynne Irby. Ms. Irby represented ICON well. When there has been a problem and / or concern with my property, Ms. Irby ICON immediately responds. The right questions are asked and various solutions are presented. She delivers customer satisfaction to a default: both as landlord administrator enforcing the lease lawfully and definitively, and as the property manager to the client making sure that as a homeowner / landlord, I am performing my duties and responsibilities in effective fashion. Additionally, ICON Lynne Irby, seeks to maintain a professional relationship at all times day or night. However, the professional relationship has migrated / changed into more of a personal family directed relationship. Am I my brother's keeper relationship. "We began working with Lynne Irby in July 2012. Mrs. Irby has been an outstanding property manager by providing crucial service and professional feedback with the matters pertaining to our property in Cartersville, GA. We are out of state home owners, therefore finding a reliable, honest, responsible and law abiding property management company was really important to us due to our previous experience on dealing with a property management company that did not provide the best services when looking out for our property, as well as, screen tenants and conduct visits to the premise as stated in the contract. However, under Mrs. Irby, we have had great comments by the HOA and surrounding neighbors who have shared their satisfaction with our current tenants. Moreover, Mrs. Irby was key in helping us restore our neglected and damaged property after vacating by the previous tenants.
