Pet Screening

PETSCREENING IS A REQUIRED PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS

A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents with or without pets as well as animals. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. If you need accommodation in another way, please contact your housing provider.

Paying Rent Online

Please be aware of a few rules and cautions for Residents to understand when using the online system:

  • You must first register and complete all of the initial registration procedures BEFORE you can make a payment.
  • You must use the same e-mail address as the one we have on file. If you wish to use a different e-mail address, then you will need to contact us to change it in our records and it will lengthen the registration process.
  • Please register no later than the 1st of any given month to ensure that enough time is left for all of the registration procedures to be accomplished BEFORE any late fee would be due. If you wait until the 3rd of the month to register, you may not be able to complete the steps prior to the late fee being charged. Again, please try to avoid this issue by registering no later than the 1st of the month.
  • Once you have completed all of the registration steps, you will be able to log in and securely make payments via bank draft or credit card immediately.
  • Per your lease:
    All rent payments are due on or before the first of the month.
    All rent payments received after 12AM on the 4th of the month will be considered late and a late fee will be due.
